Refund policy

At Élan Designz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available if the product is defective or damaged.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
