Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale or final clearance items may be non-returnable (check product page).

2. How to Return

Contact our customer service at elandesignznl@gmail.com or +1 709 327 7050 (5pm to 9pm NL Standard Time) to initiate a return.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it to:

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
